Fabrics

1. Do you have a fabric catalogue?

Yes. - We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalog. We also require your e-mail contact as an alternative means to contact you should the mailing address be incorrect.

2. Do you have cotton fabrics?

Yes. We offer 100% cottons, easy-iron cottons, and cotton blends. Our range fabrics comprises of 100% cotton fabrics in single ply 50 thread count, 2 ply 80 to 120 thread count, premium superfine 2 ply 140 & 150 thread count, plus some non-iron fabrics and linen. In addition to these 100% cotton fabrics, we also offer a range of stretch fabrics .These details are specified in the fabric description.

3. I see that you have duplicate fabric names e.g. Plain White but have different numbers. What is the difference? Top

They differ in thread count, style, supplier and fabric composition. We are working into adding a full description on each fabric for a more convenient shopping experience.

4. What if my shirt shrinks?   

All our fabrics are pre-shrunk. Although there might be a residual shrinkage, this is considered already when we make your shirt

Measurements:

1. How can I measure myself to ensure a perfect-fitting wardrobe?

Please use our measurement guide to create your body or clothing profile. We highly recommend that you submit your best-fitting shirt so our tailors can copy them as is, with consideration to tolerance for shrinkage and production.

2. I have my best-fitting shirt. Can I just send them to you so you can copy its measurements?

Yes. We will copy its measurements and save it as a new profile.

  • 1. Send your shirt using First Class Mail (International post) through your local post office. This is the cheapest way to send packages to us.
  • 2. Include in the package a detailed note with instructions and details about the shipment (e.g. Order #, Full name, DoubleM Tailor account/username, any changes or adjustments you want to apply on your new shirt, styles, etc.)
  • 3. There is no need to purchase packaging or a large envelope for the shipment. Fold the shirt neatly and place it inside a regular envelope.
  • 4. Mark the package as "used or sample clothing" so you can avoid paying additional and
    unnecessary customs taxes.

Billing:

 How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal, After your ordered is confirmed we will sent the invoice to your registered email address then click on the link to pay.

Shipping:

1. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to anywhere in the world. Our product will be made in 3-4 working days and dispatched immediately.

Postages take 10-14 working days depending on your country.

2.  Are there any taxes or duties for customs? 

There is an exemption quota in most countries that allows some merchandise, depending on the value of the package, to be received free from taxes and duties. The exemption quota varies from country to country. For countries like United States, Australia, New Zealand, France, and UK, packages are received free of taxes and duties when the value does not exceed USD 200. For other countries, please check with your local customs office. The customer is always responsible for any possible taxes and duties.

3. How can I track the package?

When your order has been dispatched, we send a shipping notification to your email address. This will contain a tracking number and the website where you can trace it.

4. I was not around when the item was delivered. Can you re-send the package to me when it has been returned?

We strongly advise that you or someone should be around to receive the package. It would be best if you can contact the courier or your nearest post office (for standard delivery) to check if the package is still with them. If they confirm that the package is on its way to us, we will re-send it to you the soonest we receive them. Reshipping fees apply

Alterations, Returns and Exchange:

What is your product complaints policy?

In case of issues or complaints of workmanship, please contact us via email within 2 weeks after delivery of the goods. After that date, we shall not entertain any complaints anymore.

The Process:

Customer submits photos showing the chief complaint/s. DoubleM Tailor staff reviews the following:
Photos
Profile and original order details submitted
Quality paper
Additional notes/requests
Email correspondences concerning the order

Double M Tailor staff forwards these to the production manager for further investigation.
Double M Tailor staff presents these resolution/s to customer. If no response from the production manager, Double M Tailor Customer Service will act in favor of the customer.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your shirt or any other items, please return it within 30 days of receipt for your full refund. Please refer to the "Returns" section for more information.                         

Fit Guarantee

Each shirt is custom tailored to your body measurements, shape, and fit. We will alter your new shirt until you are fully satisfied. If your measurements change, just let us know so we can update your personal pattern on file.

Return Shirt for Alterations

Please complete and include the Alteration Return Form with your shirt and let us know how you would like to change your shirt (send to the same address as "Return for Full Refund").

Return for Full Refund

I have already placed an order however I realize that one of the measurements/style is incorrect. How can I have this changed?

You can change the measurements yourself if the status of your order is ORDER REVIEW. If it has already been changed to PROCESS ORDER, it means that the measurements are acceptable and the fabrics have been cut. Extra charges shall apply if this is the case.

Large Orders:

Do you accept large orders?

Yes, we do! Double M Tailor has enough capacity to finish orders in large volumes. If you are interested in getting discount benefits on your large volume orders, please email info@doublemtailor.com with the following information: 1. Type of garment to be produced 2. Promotions

Free Ties, Cufflinks etc.

Double M Tailor offers free gifts to customers who order more than 1 shirt. However, these gifts are subject to availability. Our inventory changes on an hourly basis so we do not guarantee availability of the free gifts. We inform the customer if their chosen gift is available and we advise them if its not available. They may choose a couple of alternatives may just complete his order without the gifts or may receive a free gift (depending on order #) which is available.
